Battery life and replacement process

To replace the battery, you will need a small screwdriver—like the one you can find in an eyeglass repair kit - Size “00.” Just unscrew the screws on the back, remove the metal cover, gently pull up the plastic cover, and remove the old battery and pop in the new one!

What is the return policy on watches?

If the custom products you receive differ materially from what you created at CustomInk.com, if the goods are otherwise flawed, or if your order arrives later than promised, then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 15 days of receiving your custom order. All we ask is that you notify Custom Ink before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.

How do you tell the difference between leather & vegan leather?

Leather will have the same color understrap versus vegan leather that will have a nude understrap.
