Will I get a proof to review before my order is printed?

We understand that most customers want to see what their design will look like on their items before their custom order gets printed, so we are happy to provide picture proofs to review for every order over 6 pieces.

• Once you place your order, Custom Ink's staff of artists will review your design thoroughly to ensure a quality print.
• Once we've completed our rigorous review process, we'll email you a picture proof showing the detailed design as we plan to print it, along with anything else we’d like to bring to your attention before proceeding.
• If you notice anything in your picture proof that you’d like to change or adjust, you will have an opportunity to email us back directly from your proof email.
• If your order is on a rush schedule or you’d like to speak to an Inker about your order in person, we are available to answer questions and help bring your design to life 7 days a week at 1-800-293-4232, Monday-Friday: 8am - Midnight ET, Saturday: 10am - 6pm ET, and Sunday: 10am - 6pm ET.
