Our Audit & Assurance Graduate Programme is called The ChangeMaker Programme. Together with your audit colleagues, you will be servicing our clients from day one while following our innovative 3-year learning programme.

When joining the programme, you will participate in a number of courses and get a coach that will help you on your way to become an auditor of the future, so you can create a meaningful impact on your journey in Deloitte for both clients, society and your colleagues.

To make sure we set you up for success, motivation and development, we have built an internal training programme empowering you to use, improve and challenge the way we audit our clients.

Furthermore, if you have not yet finished your studies, we will help you make a plan to do so to ensure your theoretical development.
