Step closer to a career with purpose
This is a development programme for new graduates who want to step into a fun and challenging role within their field and learn on the go.
During your two or three rotations in different teams, you’ll work with subject matter experts on real projects and tasks, while receiving training on the go.
You’ll meet and interact with your fellow graduates and build a strong network across the organisation, as well as with other experts within your field.
What you'll need to apply
To qualify for the two-year programme, ‘you’ll have graduated with have graduated with top credentials and have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the fields of:
- Business and finance
- Engineering
- Procurement
When you’re hired as a graduate as part of the graduate programme, you’re hired on a permanent employment contract from day one.
