I ordered from a Custom Ink Fundraiser, when will I get my shirt?

If a Fundraiser has met the print minimum when it ends, we’ll print the items and start shipping them out. If it doesn’t, your order will be refunded in full. Either way, you’ll get an email from [email protected] with a confirmation!

If you chose to have the shirt delivered to the organizer, they will receive the shirts in approximately 12 working days after the fundraiser closes. They should be contacting you for pick up. If you don’t hear them, please reach out via the contact button on the top of the Fundraising page.

If you chose to have the shirts delivered to you directly, an email will be sent with the tracking information. Due to stock shortages and outages in our supply chain during these challenging and evolving times, some orders may experience delays that are beyond our control. So your items could arrive anywhere from 12 to 20 working days after the campaign closes.
